Microsoft did a series of things to lose customer trust back in the late 1990s and are still trying to regain that trust. It’s going to take 15 years to do that job. A cautionary tale is there for you. If you lose customer trust it’ll take you more than a decade to win it back.

What will be the effect on Yahoo?? Tech confidential notes that Yahoo has been cited for supplying information to China’s government that helped put a reporter behind bars?? ? Said the press release from Reporters Without Borders,

“It’s one thing to turn a blind eye to the Chinese government’s abuses and it is quite another thing to collaborate.”
